BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PLANNING
FOR THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL
Half day program available, but 2 day retreat recommended.
This program can be taught as a 1/2 day class or
a full 2 day workshop. In the 1/2 day class, the goal
is to give the student an overview of the process of
planning and budgeting and to encourage them
to set aside time to create their own plan. When
conducted as a retreat, the participants walk away
with a complete business plan, including strategic
objectives, quarterly and monthly metrics, action
items and a budget.

BUYER REPRESENTATION; THE 360 DEGREE
MARKETING SOLUTION (Half Day Program)
This program starts with the concept of working with buyers
as clients under the Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement.
It differentiates itself from other buyer programs by then
leveraging the relationship with buyers to increase listing
opportunities. In 360 Degree Marketing, the agent also
markets the needsand desires of their buyers directly
to home owners. By marketing all their inventory
(home listings AND buyer listings) the agents effectively
double their opportunities. This program is approximately
1/2 day in length. |

WINNING IN A BUYERS MARKET
This program starts with sharing statewide and local statistics and trends. Specific focus is on
days of inventory, list to sales ratios, year over year comparisons, etc. The shift is then made to
help the participants understand how best to communicate those facts to their sellers and buyers
and to get them to realistically set two "price points" (asking price and professional compensation). Following the "facts and strategies" portion of the program a significant amount of role play is
done by the participants. This program is approximately 1/2 day in length.
MASTERFUL COMMUNICATION (Two day program)
This two day program will increase the "platform" and one-on-one communication skills of the participants. Emphasis is placed upon the messages sent to audiences by what is said, how it is
said and what is seen (including posture, gestures, attire, eye communication, room set up, etc.). Participants also learn how to more effectively craft their presentations for content, key points and "sizzle". The student will participate in multiple exercises, and will be given a video of their presentations. Additionally they will have personalized one on one coaching from the instructor.
The target audience for this program is primarily Broker/Owners, Sales Managers and Team
Leaders. This is a 2 day program.
CREATING, MANAGING AND LEADING EFFECTIVE TEAMS
Agent teams are becoming an increasingly significant presence, in today's real estate
environment. Most teams, however, are not as productive and profitable as they need
to be. In this program Peterson examines the structure, job descriptions, personality profiles, compensation programs, financial management & business planning necessary to manage
an effective team. This program is conducted as a one day retreat.
